6.C. - Page 4 of 31 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15325(f), because it consists of a transfer of ownership of interests in land to preserve <br />open space. This activity is also exempt under section 15304 because any potential changes to the physical <br />condition would involve minor alterations to land and/or vegetation, which do not involve the removal of <br />healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes.
