From:
Mark Fassett
Ta
GRPLV Genal
S hjax
Greytar Myst muM man
Date:
Moloy, Nwanher 9, 2020 9:09:51 AM
Hello City Council.
I'm courting about the development which is on the docket tonight
I'm sure you will hear this from others, but... it seems way out of balance for me. Housing
remains a much bigger issue than jobs, and we are getting relatively few affordable housing
units. For the big huge blocks of development, that seems way wrong. It's a giant
development.
I would love to see a significant increase in green space too
Please push back both on the amount of office space and increase the number of affordable
housing units, plus incase the number of housing units all together. There is still plenty of
profit to be made for the developer.
Mark Fassett
Mark Fassett "Sunrise to Sunset" EP -
Also The Rewilders "The Immutable Rhydhm" EP
