While I appreciate that the developer has added more <br />housing recently, it's still not enough. I urge you to re -zone this project to have more housing <br />and less office, or reject it until the transit and general plans are more fleshed out. <br />Otherwise, this is going to add even more wealthy workers who are going to displace local <br />residents and put further strain on housing prices by imbalancing demand and supply. <br />If we continue displacing lower income folks from the area due to high housing costs, it will <br />lead to further wealth inequality, traffic, and unhappiness with our town's direction. <br />Please consider the long term future of Redwood City and stop approving large office projects, <br />and instead pivot towards building a lot more housing to balance out the large amount of <br />office that has already been built or approved in the past decade. <br />Thank you <br />Mikhail <br />Misha Silin <br />00 <br />
