Hold a public hearing; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution adopting the revised budget of the City of Redwood City <br />for Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 —June 30, 2021 and providing for the appropriation <br />and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Borgens to adopt the resolution adopting the <br />Revised Budget of the City of Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 — June <br />30, 2021 on file with City Clerk and providing for the appropriation and <br />expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget, with the following revisions: <br />• an increase of $458,380 in the Fire Dept. General Fund expenditures; <br />and <br />• an additional draw down of reserves of $.5 million, resulting in a total <br />projected use of reserves of $3.6 million for FY 2020-21. <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />8.B. Amendments to Article 59 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow <br />cannabis storefront retail and Amendments to Chapter 32, Article V, Division 7 <br />to regulate cannabis storefront retail and update operating requirements for <br />cannabis businesses (602/305) MO 20-180 <br />Council Member Bain recused himself from this item due to a conflict of <br />interest. <br />Assistant City Manager Alex Khojikian gave a presentation. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing. <br />The following members of the public spoke: <br />• Maeve <br />Page 7 of 9 <br />
