11/09/2020 <br />9. Delivery drivers are not allowed to engage in other forms of commerce using the <br />delivery vehicle until all cannabis and/or cannabis products and receipts from <br />sales have been reconciled by the cannabis business at the conclusion of the <br />work period. <br />10. In addition to the delivery log and delivery manifest, every cannabis <br />business engaging in deliveries shall maintain detailed records of transfers of <br />cannabis and cannabis products in accordance with this Division. <br />11. Delivery Location Restrictions. <br />a. A cannabis business shall not deliver cannabis or cannabis product to any <br />jurisdiction that prohibits deliveries. <br />Section 12. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance <br />Amendment is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portion or sections of the Ordinance Amendment. The City Council of <br />the City of Redwood City hereby declares that it would have adopted the Ordinance and <br />each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared <br />unconstitutional. <br />Section 13.
