Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California. <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to demolition and <br />removal of existing pavement, clearing and grubbing, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, <br />bulb outs, storm drain inlets, manholes, reinforced concrete pipes, and other drainage <br />modification, excavation, backfill, and compaction, asphalt grinding and overlay, pavement <br />delineation and roadway markings and associated work. <br />That the real properties upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains to the following properties located in Redwood City, California: <br />Intersection of Winslow Street, Bradford Street and Allerton Street <br />Redwood City, CA <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br />Grade Tech, Inc. <br />P.O.
