General Plan Conformity Finding: The Commission finds that the Project, <br />including the disposition of the property located at 1306 Main and the Shasta remnant parcel, <br />conforms to the General Plan, as set forth in the staff report. <br />Section 9. Recommendation to Council: The Planning Commission hereby <br />recommends that the City Council approve the Architectural Permit, Planned Development <br />Permit, Downtown Planned Community Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, Density Bonuses and <br />Concessions, as well as reduced parking ratios, under the State Density Bonus Law, Use Permit and <br />Affordable Housing Plan, contingent upon certification of the Final EIR and subject to the <br />Conditions of Approval (Exhibit A) attached and incorporated by reference. <br />Section 10.
