The text of the petition can be found her: <br />haps://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1 FAIpOLSe0lyG4k659Xgrtl2yVQRO7SAxtJx4_fgpmUW_ <br />3 u-VrzOD53 xO/viewform <br />The requests for this project are straight forward and reasonable: <br />- Independent financial analysis estimating the profit margin for this project (before <br />and after the change in zoning) <br />- More affordable housing <br />- Less office space <br />- More open, green space <br />- Revisiting fair -share contributions to transportation infrastructure <br />- Redesign of the project post-Covid with the consideration of closing Lathrop and <br />Beech to create placemaking and more outdoor public space <br />This is not meant to be a last minute complication to this process. I represent many voices in <br />the community and we are frustrated. I have been publicly and privately asked for many of <br />these changes over the course of the last two years. These are just the signatures I was able to <br />collect in a compressed timeframe of the last 48 hours and I suspect there are many more <br />people in the community who also share these concerns. These voices need to be heard.
