Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Amendment 1 to the original agreement includes: <br />1) Layout and stripe 2 pickleball courts with subdue blue line paint at Mezes Park <br />Tennis Courts <br />Total: $1,000 <br />2) Repair and Resurface basketball court at Spins Park <br />a. Clean and prep the courts for repair work <br />b. Clean out all cracks <br />c. Grind down hump on the court <br />d. Seal all cracks on court with court binder <br />e. Sand down all repaired areas before coating surface <br />f. Apply 2 coats of seal coat to the court <br />g. Apply 1 coat of acrylic resurfacer to the court <br />h. Apply full acrylic color to the key — blue <br />i.
