As an all -affordable building, it will <br />also provide onsite services to support the needs of the tenants. The off- <br />site location allows for housing and has a number of other residential <br />developments nearby. As such, it would not cause residential segregation. <br />Section 8. General Plan Conformity Finding: The City Council finds that the Project, <br />including the disposition of the property located at 1306 Main and the Shasta remnant parcel, <br />conforms to the General Plan, as set forth in the staff report. <br />Section 9. Council Approval: The City Council hereby approves the Architectural <br />Permit, Planned Development Permit, Downtown Planned Community Permit, Vesting Tentative <br />Map, Density Bonuses and Concessions, as well as reduced parking ratios, under the State Density <br />Bonus Law, Use Permit and Affordable Housing Plan, contingent upon certification of the Final <br />EIR and subject to the Conditions of Approval (Exhibit A) attached and incorporated by reference. <br />Section 10.
