Agreement between the City of Redwood City and All City Management <br />Services for crossing guard services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a six-month <br />agreement not to exceed $145,613 between the City of Redwood City and All <br />City Management Services to provide crossing guard services for the Fiscal Year <br />2020-2021. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D. Agreement to purchase equipment and receive services from AXON Enterprise <br />Inc. to equip individual Redwood City Police Department officers with body - <br />worn cameras <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement to <br />purchase 100 body -worn cameras and associated data transfer charging station <br />hardware and five years of software licensing and video evidence cloud storage <br />services from AXON Enterprises, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $612,605. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with Technology, Engineering & <br />Construction, Inc., doing business as TEC Accutite, for underground and <br />aboveground storage tank services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Agreement for Services with Technology, Engineering & Construction, <br />Inc., doing business as TEC Accutite, increasing the contract value by an amount <br />not to exceed $200,000, resulting in an aggregate agreement amount not to <br />exceed $259,750. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
