6.A. - Page 4 of 18 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />It is an FPPC requirement that the Conflict of Interest Code be reviewed every two years and appropriate <br />amendments be made. The City Council can choose not to accept and approve the amendments.
