6.A. - Page 12 of 18 <br />WHEREAS, the Successor Agency has determined that the Exhibits accurately <br />set forth those positions and corresponding disclosure categories for each of the <br />positions as specified in the Exhibit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO <br />THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Conflict of Interest Code Adopted. The terms of 2 Cal. Code of <br />Regulations §18730, as may be amended from time to time by the FPPC, are hereby <br />incorporated by reference and, along with the attached Exhibit and Appendices, <br />constitute the Code of the Successor Agency. <br />Section 2. Statements of Economic Interests. By April 1St of each year, <br />designated employees of the Successor Agency will file with the Agency Secretary their <br />statements of economic interest for the prior calendar year. The Agency Secretary will <br />be and will perform the duties of the Successor Agency filing officer. Statements of <br />Economic Interest will be available for inspection and reproduction pursuant to <br />Government Code §81008. <br />Section 3. Savings Clause. Any change provided for in the Code will not affect <br />or excuse any offense or act committed or done or omission or any penalty or forfeiture <br />incurred or accruing under any other conflict of interest code, nor will it affect any <br />prosecution, suit, or proceeding pending, or any judgment rendered in connection with <br />any other conflict of interest code. <br />Section 4. Repeal. Successor Agency Resolution No. SA 19-01 is hereby <br />repealed in its entirety. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
