6.13. - Page 6 of 7 y:1: I I _7 h ra Additional Scope of Services and Fee Redwood City Citywide Single -Family Residential Design Guidelines TASK 1.A Community Survey #2: Options LWC shall prepare material for a second community survey focusing on design options. LWC shall assist in the design of the survey and prepared material in the specific format and file types requested by the Redwood City Communications team. Deliverable: Survey #2 material Budget: $6,580 TASK 1.13 Community Outreach Reports LWC shall prepare two comprehensive reports on findings from all outreach events conducted during the community engagement phase of the project. The Summary Report shall include a description of each individual event (online and in person), a summary of the feedback received at each event, and an overall summary of community feedback by theme. A separate Data Report shall include all raw data received at each event, which LWC shall compile, tabulate as appropriate, and format. Deliverables: • Community Outreach Summary Report • Community Outreach Data Report Budget: $7,560 TASK 2.A Draft Design Guidelines LWC shall prepare the complete illustrated Draft Guidelines for staff review. Guidelines shall be based on the Outline provided in March 2020 and on staff input from a March 3, 2020 team meeting (William Chui, Lindy Chan, Diana O'Dell, Monica Szydlik, and Meha Patel in attendance). Deliverable: Complete illustrated draft guidelines document Budget: $20,580 CONTINGENCY This contract amendment adds a contingency fee to cover the cost of additional work that remains to be completed from the original scope of work. These items include: o Task 1.8: Revisions to Draft AP Findings memo o Task 1.10: One public hearing. The original scope indicates "up to two" and one has been held. Staff and consultant to discuss if another is warranted. o Task 3.1: AAC/PC Meeting o Task 3.2: Community Workshop.
