He was the long-time and highly influential publisher of the Redwood City Tribune and effectively took positions on many issues important to the city and San Mateo County. She was instrumental in protecting natural open spaces in the county. Finally, she was also an important figure in historic preservation in San Mateo County. C. It embodies distinctive characteristics of a style, We, period or method of construction, or is a valuable example of the use of indigenous materials or craftsmanship. Both on the exterior and the interior this is an outstanding example of the second phase of the Bay Area Tradition, sometimes called the Second Bay Tradition.
