7.C. - Page 23 of 54 <br />"Repair and Replacement Plan for Wet Utilities" means the report that describes the <br />necessary and appropriate maintenance, capital repairs, and replacement of parts for the Wet <br />Utilities over a five-year period, which is based on demonstrative data/evidence obtained by the <br />City supporting such maintenance, capital repairs, and replacement of parts, which can include, <br />among others, a Conditions Report for Wet Utilities. The Repair and Replacement Plan for Wet <br />Utilities shall substantiate, among other things, the adequacy of the Maintenance Reserve for <br />maintenance, capital repairs and replacement costs for the Wet Utilities for the next five -Fiscal <br />Year period. <br />"Seaport Centre" means all property within the CFD comprised of the Seaport Centre Taxable <br />Parcels. <br />"Seaport Centre Taxable Parcels" means all Parcels classified as Taxable Parcels on Exhibit 1 <br />hereto, except the Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel, as such parcels may be later reconfigured and/or <br />subdivided. <br />"Seaport Plaza" means the property within the CFD comprised of the Seaport Plaza Taxable <br />Parcel. <br />"Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel" means Parcel 054-320-540, or as such parcel may be later <br />reconfigured and/or subdivided. <br />"Services for Levees" means the costs and expenses of operating and maintaining the Existing <br />Levees or the Levees, as applicable. <br />"Services for Wet Utilities" means the costs and expenses of operating and maintaining the Wet <br />Utilities. <br />"Services Special Tax" means, collectively, the Service Special Tax for Levees and the Service <br />Special Tax for Wet Utilities. <br />"Service Special Tax for Levees" means the special tax levied against Seaport Centre Taxable <br />Parcels and the Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel, if applicable, to finance the costs and expenses of <br />Services for Levees in accordance with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Service Special Tax for Wet Utilities" means the special tax levied against Seaport Centre <br />Taxable Parcels to finance the costs and expenses of Services for Wet Utilities in accordance <br />with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Special Tax" or "Special Taxes" means collectively, the Facilities Special Tax and the Services <br />Special Tax. <br />"Special Tax Report" means the annual report prepared by the City Manager pursuant to <br />Section 5 hereof. <br />"Tax Collection Schedule" means the document prepared by the City Manager pursuant to <br />Section 5 hereof, and used by the Auditor in levying the Special Taxes on the County's secured <br />property tax roll and collecting the Special Taxes each Fiscal Year. <br />CA <br />585 <br />
