In such
case the City would not be able to participate in the expected future SRF loan. If other members
participate in this loan, the City would likely have to raise its 52% share of this $169 million SRF loan on
its own through the sale of enterprise revenue bonds. The cost associated with issuing revenue bonds is
expected to be significantly greater than the cost associated with an SRF loan.
ATTACHMENTS
Attachment A — Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City authorizing execution and
delivery of the Fourth Amendment of a Financing Agreement with Silicon Valley Clean
Water relating to the issuance of refunding bonds and approving related documents and
official actions
Attachment B — Fourth Amendment to Financing Agreement
Attachment C — Silicon Valley Clean Water Wastewater Revenue Bonds, Series 2021A (Taxable) City of
Redwood City Continuing Disclosure Certificate
Attachment D — Appendix A of the Preliminary Official Statement (Information about Redwood City's
Wastewater System and Certain Participating Member Risk Factors)
REPORT PREPARED BY:
Theresa Yee, Capital Improvement Program Manager
tyee@redwoodcity.org
(650) 780-7083
APPROVED BY:
Michelle Poche Flaherty, Assistant City Manager and Administrative Services Director
Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager
AL .
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
672
