As the public comment portion of the public hearing was closed at the <br />November 9 City Council meeting, and only Council deliberation was continued <br />to this meeting, no public comment was given. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution adopting CEQA Findings of Fact, a Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations, and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; and <br />Certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR); <br />2.
