11/23/2020 <br />"Annual Service Special Tax Rate for Levees" means, in any given Fiscal Year, the annual rate <br />per Lot Square Foot that may be levied for Service Special Taxes for Levees on Seaport Centre <br />Taxable Parcels and the Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel in accordance with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Annual Service Special Tax Rate for Wet Utilities" means, in any given Fiscal Year, the <br />annual rate per Lot Square Foot that may be levied for Service Special Taxes for Wet Utilities on <br />Seaport Centre Taxable Parcels in accordance with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Assessor" means the Assessor for the County or his or her designee. <br />"Auditor" means the Auditor for the County or his or her designee. <br />"Building Permit" means a permit issued by the City or other governmental agency for the <br />construction of a residential or non-residential building on a Parcel. <br />"Building Square Feet" or "Building Square Foot" means the building square feet of the non- <br />residential building(s) allocated to a Taxable Parcel pursuant to Exhibit 1 hereto. The <br />determination of such building square feet set forth on Exhibit 1 hereto shall not be subject to <br />change after the CFD Formation Proceedings and shall therefore remain in effect until the <br />termination of the Facilities Special Tax in accordance with Section 3 hereof . <br />"CFD" means City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport <br />Centre/Seaport Plaza). <br />"CFD Advanced Costs" means the aggregate costs associated with the formation of the CFD <br />and CFD Formation Proceedings. <br />"CFD Formation Proceedings" means the proceedings to form the CFD, including all <br />resolutions, ordinances, reports and notices. <br />"CFD Law" means the City's Special Tax Financing Law (Chapter 32, Article XIII of the <br />Redwood City Municipal Code). <br />"Classification Date" means June 1, 2021 for Fiscal Year 2021-22, and for each Fiscal Year <br />thereafter, each June 1 of the prior Fiscal Year. <br />"City" means the City of Redwood City, California. <br />"City Council" means the City Council of the City acting as the legislative body of the CFD. <br />"City Manager" means the city manager of the City or such person or firm designated by the <br />City Manager to administer the Special Tax according to this RMA. <br />"Conditions Report" means, collectively, either or both, the Conditions Report for Levees and <br />the Conditions Report for Wet Utilities. <br />RESO.
