Scope of Services Attachment A Contractor will furnish all materials and labor necessary to construct and install new public service counters at the City Hall first floor Information Desk Kiosk and Community Development and Transportation Department public counters in accordance with the design specifications attached in Sheets SC -1 through SC -3 (Attachment 1). Contractor's scope of work includes: I. Two new radius wall sections — PLAM & Corian tops — bullet proof 3/8" thick, II. Cut down existing columns — total of 5 new PLAM & Corian tops; III. New Corian caps on existing walls; IV. New gate — PLAM, new ADA top pass thru; and V. Cover existing faces — PLAM — leave solid surface — three areas — exclude cabinets behind walls. The following items are not included in the scope of work: ■ Glass, Glazing, & Mirrors • Hardware & Its Installation (Except Cabinet Hardware) • Blocking, Furring, Grounds, & Backing inside Walls ■ Metal Doors & Frames • Marker boards, Tack boards, & Soundboards ■ Exterior Fencing, Gates, Stairs, Trellis, & Decking, Trim • Structural Wood Items • Painting, Priming, & Prefinish Of Any Kind (unless specified) • Walls Coverings, Plywoods, Sidings, Vinyls, & Carpets • Marlite —FRP ■ Garage Doors • Marbles & Granites (unless specified) ■ Metal Coverings and Stainless Steel (unless specified) • Fabric Covered Items ■ Removal & Re -Install of Existing • Pre -Manufactured Casework (Specified By Factory Trade Manufacturers) • Cleanup Fees -BK Mill Will Do Own Cleanup • Bonds B.
