I would like <br />to thank all of the outgoing council members - Vice Mayor Masur, Councilmember Borgens, <br />and Councilmember Bain - for their service to the city. And I also thank each of you for taking <br />time in your own schedules over the last six months to meet with the Redwood City for Racial <br />Equity group and discuss concerns about where we do not yet have equity in our city.
