CONSENT CALENDAR Page 4 <br />S.A. Memorandum of Understanding and Grant Agreement for the Bayfront Canal <br />and Atherton Channel Flood Protection and Ecosystem Restoration Project <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 2 to the Local Project Sponsor Agreement between the Association of Bay <br />Area Governments/San Francisco Estuary Partnership and City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the City of Menlo Park, Town of Atherton, County of San <br />Mateo and the Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District, subject to any minor, <br />clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, and <br />authorizing a maximum City contribution towards completion of the project in <br />the amount of $2,658,000 under the terms of the MOU. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />5.13. Declaration of Results of the November 3, 2020 Presidential General Election <br />for the City of Redwood City based on the County of San Mateo Chief Elections <br />Officer's Certificate and Final Official Canvass <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution declaring the results of the Presidential General Election for <br />the City of Redwood City held on November 3, 2020 as provided by law. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />S.C. Agreement for Services and Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with <br />B -K Mill & Fixtures, Inc. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, ratify Agreement for Services with B -K Mill & Fixtures, Inc. in an <br />amount of $85,615 to build and install counters at the City Hall front public <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />2 <br />
