CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Bain, to waive the first reading and introduce <br />Zoning Ordinance amendments to Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) <br />requirements and miscellaneous provisions, in order to comply with State law, <br />and to address permitted ADU types, side and rear setbacks, floor area, lot <br />coverage, a maximum 16 -foot height for detached ADUs and attached ADUs <br />within rear setback area, and short-term rental regulations, with the <br />amendment to Section 45.2.0 to remove language that currently states that <br />second story Accessory Dwelling Units are applicable to Architectural Permits, <br />as well as to allow existing short-term rentals for ADUs registered with the <br />City prior to January 1, 2020, passes 4-3 by roll call vote, with Council <br />Members Hale, Aguirre and Masur dissenting. <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />B.A. Issue revenue bonds to refund Series 2014 and Series 2015 bonds associated <br />with the Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW) capital improvement program for <br />the City of Redwood City, City of San Carlos, and West Bay Sanitary District <br />(505) Res (0136) 15920 <br />Assistant City Manager and Administrative Services Director Michelle Poche <br />Flaherty gave a presentation. <br />The following members of the public spoke: <br />■ B. Beekman <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City authorizing <br />execution and delivery of the Fourth Amendment of a Financing Agreement <br />with Silicon Valley Clean Water relating to the issuance of refunding bonds and <br />approving related documents and official actions. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Reddy to adopt a resolution of the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City authorizing execution and delivery of the <br />Fourth Amendment of a Financing Agreement with Silicon Valley Clean Water <br />relating to the issuance of refunding bonds and approving related documents <br />and official actions, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />9.
