(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 7, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Bain to ratify Agreement for Services with B -K Mill & Fixtures, Inc. in an <br />amount of $85,615 to build and install counters at the City Hall front public counters and <br />determine that competitive bidding was not likely to serve the best interests of the City or <br />to result in the lowest price, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services in an amount not to exceed $60,000, <br />with the total amount of the Agreement not to exceed $145,615. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
