EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />I. Scope of Work <br />City will supply carpet for installation. Contractor will install carpet on an as -needed basis <br />at the request of the City. Contractor will pay prevailing wage rates for all work performed <br />under this Agreement. <br />II. Fee Schedule <br />For the services outlined above, City will pay Contractor on an hourly basis, in an amount <br />not to exceed $90,000.
