The recommendation will not be implemented because it is not warranted or reasonable, with an <br />explanation therefore. <br />The City's responses to each finding and recommendation must be approved by the City Council at a public <br />meeting and submitted to the Honorable Judge Danny Y. Chou no later than January 5, 2021. <br />The draft response describes at a high level the steps that have been taken to bolster IT security, describes <br />the constant analysis of what tools are most appropriate for the City's use in its overall cybersecurity <br />strategy, and illustrates efforts to keep ahead of the latest developments in the Cybersecurity area <br />without giving specific details.
