Method of Licensing or Transferring Ownership of Software to Owner <br />Cleverciti Software Licensing Method <br />Cleverciti provides access to its solution through its General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Parking <br />Management Services, an example of which has been provided in the Forms and Documents section of this proposal. <br />This agreement is required in order to receive access to the ClevercitiCockpit, and to manage and operate the <br />Cleverciti hardware (Sensor, Circ360, and Sign). Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions may be negotiated <br />during the final contracting phase. <br />EnSight Software Licensing Method <br />EnSight licenses their software through an annual Software and Support Agreement (SSSA) which is a required <br />agreement for system and software support. If a customer elects not to pay the SSSA, they will still maintain ownership <br />of the system on-site, but will not receive system uptime, support, and accuracy guarantees. A copy of the EnSight <br />Software and Support Services Agreement has been provided in the Forms and Documentation section of this proposal <br />to provide additional details. <br />2.
