6.E. - Page 81 of 272 <br />The ClevercitiSensor — Overhead Al Sensor System <br />The ClevercitiSensor monitors any type of parking space, whether marked bays or unmarked spaces, lanes or areas, <br />including loading zones and any other no -parking or restricted areas, for real-time vehicle occupancy. The sensors are <br />typically mounted on lampposts, buildings, or other existing infrastructure, as high positions increase the range of the <br />sensors, of up to 100 spaces per sensor. <br />With a sensor coverage of 220 degrees, Cleverciti's range of a single sensor is unmatched. It covers the entire area on both <br />sides of the lamppost. In an on -street environment, the sensor can frequently also cover the opposite side of the street. <br />Four GPS position points per vehicle are transmitted by the sensor system, allowing the system to differentiate buses and <br />trucks from regular size vehicles. <br />The sensors leverage optical detection, high end image processing, and edge computing, coupled with Artificial Intelligence <br />(AI) to detect whether a parking space is open or occupied. With over 30 million Al samples of parking spot status, Cleverciti <br />has developed the world's largest parking Al data set, amassed over a period of more than five years. The knowledge base <br />is growing exponentially each year. In AI, volume of quality training data is crucial to optimal performance, and our <br />proprietary Al data set ensures Cleverciti offers superior accuracy - proven to be greater than 98% accurate (see samples <br />of a detailed QA report from a current client later in this section). <br />All data is processed directly onboard the sensors in high-performance edge -processing units and only essential GPS data <br />and information on parking availability is sent to the cloud and/or local servers. This approach ensures that privacy in <br />public space is safeguarded at all times. The sensors are fully compliant with privacy regulations in the public space (see <br />ClevercitiSensor Privacy Statement included in the Forms and Documentation section of this proposal) as no video streams <br />are transmitted by the sensors. They have been deployed in over 200 locations, including many cities. ClevercitiSensors <br />strictly focus on the parking areas only and do not capture or read license plates. Aside from complying with even the <br />strictest privacy regulations, for instance in Germany, onboard/edge computing has the additional major advantage of <br />substantially reducing connectivity bandwidth requirements by transmitting anonymous GPS coordinates occupied and <br />available spaces. <br />The data processed and analyzed on board the ClevercitiSensor is fully encrypted prior to being transmitted to the cloud - <br />based Cleverciti backend. As an option, Cleverciti can also integrate local client servers or local cloud systems. In the <br />Cleverciti backend, data is further processed and analyzed based on the booked service and desired data output. Final <br />data is sent to various front-end applications such as the ClevercitiCockpit for analytics, mobile apps for navigation and <br />enforcement, local LED displays like the ClevercitiCirc360 display, third -party VIMOC, and ClevercitiSign for turn -by -turn <br />navigation. <br />Cleverciti also provides a state-of-the-art REST API with push and pull services for any third -party application. <br />Redwoo <br />City Cal® , <br />Copyright 02020 Cleverciti Systems GmbH.
