Custom Software Development Functionality and Scope
As described throughout this response, Cleverciti has developed a comprehensive Parking Space Management, Guidance
and Wayfinding platform that consolidates and manages on -street, surface lot, and garage parking space assets. The
Cleverciti goal from day one is summarized by our mission:
We provide parking space management solutions
that offer 1xtraordinary service to drivers,
minimizing search traffic and emissions,
while empowering our customers to
maximize the value of their assets,
The City of Redwood City developed a specification for the desired Automated Parking Guidance and Wayfinding System.
Over the past eight years we have designed and developed an application using the latest technology (Al, Edge Computing,
and Deep Learning) to achieve what we viewed as the optimal Smart Parking solution. Our vision of what Smart Parking
should be is very similar to the City of Redwood City's desired solution. To that end, we have very little development required
to meet the City's specifications.
All development efforts are centered around integrating third -party applications for the IPS multi -space -meters,
PayByPhone mobile payment, and the City's MyRWC Web and app requirements. Cleverciti's integration capabilities allow
Redwood City to positively impact mobile adoption rates, further increasing the value of the Cleverciti Smart Parking
platform.
The Cleverciti development efforts focus on our existing API's that are outlined in sections 43, 47, and 48 of this document.
For convenience, a copy of those sections is provided below:
Method of Interfacinq with Citys Existinq IPS Multi -Space Meter Software
Redwoo
Cityewifor
91
52
