By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard <br />form construction contract documents and award a contract for the CDBG Curb <br />Ramp Project to Yerba Buena Engineering & Construction, Inc. of San Francisco <br />for their responsible and responsive low bid of $600,750, authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />original contract amount, for a not to exceed a total of $660,825; and <br />2.
