Agreement with Sunlight Giving for Information and Referral Program at the <br />Fair Oaks Community Center <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to sign Agreement between <br />Sunlight Giving and the City of Redwood City accepting grant of $75,000 per <br />year for two years in support of the Information and Referral Program at the <br />Fair Oaks Community Center (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22), for a total amount of <br />$150,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.P. Amendment to the City's Classification and Salary Plan to comply with the <br />2021 minimum wage <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending the City's Classification and Salary Plan to update <br />the salary ranges for certain classifications to meet local minimum wage <br />requirements. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.Q. Waive second reading and adopt Zoning Ordinance revisions (Articles 31, 33, <br />36, 37, 45, 48) to the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) requirements <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the second reading and adopt Zoning Ordinance amendments to comply <br />with State law and to establish ADU regulations for maximum height, lot <br />coverage, floor area, short-term rentals, and other miscellaneous amendments. <br />CEQA: <br />Exempt - PRC Sec. 21080.17; CEQA Guidelines Sec. 15061(b)(3)). <br />6.11.
