(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 21, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard form construction contract <br />documents and award a contract for the CDBG Curb Ramp Project to Yerba Buena Engineering <br />& Construction, Inc. of San Francisco for their responsible and responsive low bid of $600,750, <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the original <br />contract amount, for a not to exceed a total of $660,825; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution allocating an additional $69,567 in unspent Community Development Block <br />Grant (CDBG) funds from the prior year to the CDBG Curb Ramp Project. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />QW,e if�v <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
