(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 21, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 2 to the General Services Agreement with Lockworks Unlimited, Inc. increasing the <br />not -to -exceed amount of the current two-year first extension term from $90,000 to <br />$200,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for one additional <br />two-year term in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the second extension term, for a <br />total contract amount of $490,000. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
