Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 2 to the Local Project Sponsor Agreement between the Association of Bay <br />Area Governments/San Francisco Estuary Partnership and City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the City of Menlo Park, Town of Atherton, County of San <br />Mateo and the Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District, subject to any minor, <br />clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, and <br />authorizing a maximum City contribution towards completion of the project in <br />the amount of $2,658,000 under the terms of the MOU. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />S.B. Agreement for Services and Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with <br />B -K Mill & Fixtures, Inc. (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 20-202 <br />By motion, ratify Agreement for Services with B -K Mill & Fixtures, Inc. in an <br />amount of $85,615 to build and install counters at the City Hall front public <br />counters and determine that competitive bidding was not likely to serve the <br />best interests of the City or to result in the lowest price, and approve and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for <br />Services in an amount not to exceed $60,000, with the total amount of the <br />Agreement not to exceed $145,615. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
