<br />(' <br />'1.- <br /> <br />Artists in Residency Cottages at Villa Montalvo - Property formerly a <br />vacant hillside within the California State Historic Landmark - Villa <br />Montalvo Park. Project developed as a collaborative with the Villa Montalvo <br />Association and a design team of 11 internationally renowned architects, <br />created 20 artist cottages (in 10 buildings) and one common building.
