If, after completion of the Initial Study, or following <br />public review of the Mitigated Negative Declaration, it is determined that an Environmental <br />Impact Report must be prepared, a scope and budget augment will be required. Also, the <br />proposed budget is assumed to include only those meetings specified in the scope. Additional <br />meetings may be accommodated on a time and materials basis. The budget also assumes that <br />the City of Redwood City will prepare public notice mailing lists and will distribute all notices. <br />The budget shall not exceed the estimate without the express written permission of the City. <br />The amount of time allocated for responding to comments is an estimate. If many comments are <br />received, a budget augment may be required. This scope of work is based on the City's <br />definition of the level of effort required. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration.
