The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein oy this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. Up to $18,100.00 shaU come from the Redevelopment Agency to fund the <br />Environmental Oversight Agreement. <br /> <br />3. The Executive Director or his/her designee is hereby authorized to enter <br />into an Environmental Oversight Agreement for the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency w~th the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. <br /> <br />4.
