The Contractor will furnish record documents,which Covello will turn over <br /> to DC for conforming and final issuance to the City of Redwood City. <br /> B. The Contractor will furnish system Operation & Maintenance Manuals. <br /> C. Final Inspection and Punch List <br /> 1. Covello will have primary responsibility for conducting the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 2. The City of Redwood City will participate and provide input on <br /> final inspection. <br /> 3. DC will provide design input on final inspection items. <br /> 4. Covello will have oversight and final review responsibility for the <br /> final inspection. <br /> a. Covello will prepare the list of outstanding deficiencies. <br /> b. Covello will prepare and issue the punch list from the list of <br /> deficiencies. <br /> c. Covello will have primary responsibility for verifying that <br /> punch list work is complete. The City of Redwood City will <br /> have secondary responsibility. <br /> X. Warranty Coordination <br /> A. Maintain a Warranty File <br /> B.
