HCP LS Redwood City, LLC ("HCP") together with <br />MetLife("Property Owners"), own certain property that it operates as the remaining portion of Seaport <br />Centre. HCP also owns property that it operates as Seaport Plaza. In or about 1984, the predecessors to <br />Met Life and HCP constructed levee improvements and related flood protection facilities along the <br />perimeter of Seaport Centre ("Seaport Centre Levee").
