Hold a public hearing regarding the establishment of the City of Redwood City Community Facilities <br />District No. 2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza) ("CFD"), the levy of special taxes in the CFD and the <br />issuance of indebtedness secured by special taxes to be levied in the CFD; <br />2. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Forming City of Redwood Community <br />Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza), and Approving Related Documents and <br />Actions; <br />3. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Determining Necessity to Incur Bonded <br />Indebtedness and Other Debt Payable from Special Taxes Levied in City of Redwood City Community <br />Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza), and Approving Related Documents and <br />Actions; <br />4. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Calling a Special Election in the City of <br />Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza); <br />5. Conduct a mail ballot election of the qualified landowner electors in the CFD; <br />6. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Declaring Results of Special Election in <br />City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza), and <br />Directing Recording of Notice of Special Tax Lien; and <br />7.
