• • - Exhibit 3 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California 94063 <br />�� Community Development Department Phone (650) 780-7380 Fax (650) 780-7309 <br />cityi� Website: www.redwoodcity.org <br />Public Hearing Notice <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Redwood City (City) will hold a public hearing at the <br />stated time and place to consider the following matter: <br />Project: Vacation of Right-of-way — Portion of Maple Street <br />Date and Time: February 8, 2020, 7:00 PM <br />Place: Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: On May 7, 2018, City Council approved a Planned Development Permit and <br />Condominium Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, Architectural Permit and Sign Permit for a 131-unit townhouse <br />development at 1548 Maple. On May 21, 2018, City Council adopted an ordinance approving a Development <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City and the developer, Strada Investment Group. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: On May 7, 2018, City Council adopted a Resolution certifying the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report for the 1548 Maple Street Project, adopting CEQA findings and a Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Plan, in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br />BACKGROUND AND OTHER INFORMATION: <br />A resolution of intent to vacate the right-of-way being a portion of Maple Street, containing the conditions required <br />to be satisfied prior to such vacation taking effect, is on file for public inspection and copying for the cost of <br />duplication at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, between the hours <br />of 8:00 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. <br />All testimony must either be given in person at the time of the public hearing or received in writing by the City <br />Engineer prior to the date of the public hearing. Testimony cannot be given over the telephone. If you challenge <br />any of the foregoing described actions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone <br />else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council <br />at, or prior to, said public hearing.
