Executive Summary • DRAFT Ferry Financial Feasibility Study & Cost -Benefit and Economic Impact Anal <br />These construction costs are in line with recent WETA Ferry Terminal projects at other locations <br />(e.g., Richmond Ferry Terminal cost $19 million).
