6.B. - Page 33 of 117 <br />"Annual Review Form" is defined in Section 7.1 B. <br />"Applicable City Regulations" means (a) the permitted uses of the Property, the <br />maximum density and/or total number of residential units, the intensity of use, the maximum <br />height and size of the proposed buildings, provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public <br />purposes, the terms, conditions, restrictions, and requirements for subsequent discretionary <br />actions, the provisions of public improvements and financing of public improvements, and other <br />terms and conditions of development as set forth in the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, <br />City's Municipal Code, and other City ordinances, rules, regulations, official policies, standards <br />and specifications, all as in force and effect on the Effective Date; and (c) New City Laws that <br />apply to the Property as set forth in Section 5.1, Section 5.2C or Section 5.2D herein; and (d) <br />regulations that apply to the Property as set forth in Section 5.2A and Section 5.213 herein. <br />"Applicable Law" means (a) all State and Federal laws and regulations applicable <br />to the Property and the Project as enacted, adopted, and amended from time to time; and (b) the <br />Applicable City Regulations. <br />"Bay Trail Improvements" is defined in Section 3.2. <br />"Blomquist— City Segment" is defined in Section 3.313 and depicted in Exhibit C. <br />"Blomquist—County Segment" is defined in Section 3.3C and depicted in Exhibit C. <br />"Blomquist— Developer Segment" is defined in Recital D and depicted in Exhibit C. <br />"Blomquist Street Extension" means, collectively, the Blomquist — City Segment, <br />the Blomquist — County Segment and the Blomquist — Developer Segment. <br />"CEQA" is defined in Recital E. <br />"Certificate" is defined in Section 7.1 D. <br />"CFMD" is defined in Section 3.213. <br />"Changes in the Lary" is defined in Section 5.7. <br />"City" means the City of Redwood City, a California municipal corporation. <br />"City Maple Parking" is defined in Section 39. <br />"City Parties" means City and its elected and appointed officials, officers, agents, <br />employees, contractors, and representatives. <br />"Claims" means liabilities, obligations, orders, claims, damages, fines, penalties, <br />and expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs. <br />"Conflict" is defined in Section 5.1. <br />10 <br />OAK 44843-3885-9090 vl I <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.094/STRADA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />REV: 07-27-18 VR <br />Page 10 of 94 <br />41 <br />
