Award contract to ACE Parking for Downtown garage operations and parking system maintenance (304) MO 20-212 Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement between the City of Redwood City and ACE Parking, Inc. for the Operation and Management of the Jefferson Garage and Marshall Garage, for an amount not to exceed $2,233,600 for the initial five-year term of the agreement and not to exceed $4,389,719 the entire term of the agreement (including 5 optional one- year extension terms).
