3/12/01 <br />0RIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14159 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br />AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />(ADELANTE SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL FUN RUN) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Anna Parker - Campbell of Adelante <br />Spanish Immersion School for the use of certain public rights -of -way in <br />connection with the ADELANTE SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL FUN RUN on <br />May 5, 2001, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public <br />rights -of -way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br />Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br />Reso -348 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F: /S h a red /Red wood /C o u n c i l <br />02/21/01 <br />
