Acceptance of the budget increase for the California (CA) Natural Resource <br />Agency Grant Award and the United States Environmental Protection Agency <br />(EPA) Water Quality Improvement Fund Award from San Mateo County, and <br />execute the Design Professional Agreement for engineering services, for the <br />Regional Stormwater Capture Project at Red Morton Park <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Design <br />Professional Agreement for engineering services and environmental review with <br />Craftwater Engineering Inc. for the Regional Stormwater Capture Project at Red <br />Morton Park in the amount of $1,113,333; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution accepting a U.S. Water Quality Improvement Fund award <br />of $200,000 from the United States Environmental Protection Agency via the <br />County Of San Mateo; accepting a grant award of $913,333 from the California <br />Natural Resources Agency; authorizing the City Manager to execute the grant <br />agreements and related contract documents; and increasing the capital outlay <br />fund revenue and expenditure budgets by $1,113,333. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
