Post production administration support. <br />2. Time and material scope of services shall be at the written direction of the <br />City’s Authorized Point of Contact. <br />3. Point of Contact/Authorized Point of Contact: <br />1. For Consultant: Bryan Tuttle, President, CodeRight Inc. <br />2. For City: Theresa Yee, Capital Improvement Program Manager, City of <br />Redwood City. <br />4. All work by Consultant may be performed remotely. The City will not require travel <br />from the Consultant’s place of business to Redwood City. <br />5. The Consultant may subcontract any portion of the Scope of Services; however, <br />Consultant will supervise and is responsible for the Scope of Services deliverables. <br />B. Fee Schedule: <br />1. The fee for “Lump Sum Services” is a flat rate of Twenty-five Thousand <br />Dollars ($25,000). All services under Lump Sum Services shall be completed <br />by Consultant for this fee. <br />2. Consultant shall perform the services under “Time and Material Services” on <br />a time and materials basis not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). <br />Fees will be charged for actual hours and materials used. Consultant’s hourly <br />fee is $210 per hour and material may be billed at cost plus10%. <br />3. Consultant may bill incrementally for services completed. <br />4. Retention equal to 5% of the fees for Amendment #1 Scope of Services may <br />be held back by City until “punchlist” work is completed. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021/Amend. No. 1/CodeRight, Inc.
