That the above-described portions of a street easement and street <br /> <br />are portions of a street or highway that lies within property under one ownership <br /> <br />and that does not continue through such ownership or end touching property of <br /> <br />another. <br /> <br />3. That the above-described portions of a street easement and street <br /> <br />are not useful as a nonmotorized transportation facility. <br /> <br />4. That the portion of the street easement located at 2300 Middlefield <br /> <br />Road (Parcel A, PM 86-1) in the City of Redwood City, California, depicted and <br /> <br />described in this resolution is hereby ordered vacated, and that from and after <br /> <br />the recordation date of this resolution, the street easement will no longer <br /> <br />constitute a street or street easement. <br /> <br />5. That the portion of the street located at 2300 Middlefield Road <br /> <br />(Parcel A, PM 86-1) in the City of Redwood City, California, depicted and <br /> <br />described in this resolution is hereby ordered vacated, and that from and after <br /> <br />the recordation date of this resolution, the portion of the street will no longer <br /> <br />constitute a street.
