6.B. - Page 112 of 113 <br />Exhibit F <br />FORM OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />Recording requested by <br />and when recorded mail to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attn: City Clerk <br />EXEMPT FROM RECORDING FEES PER <br />GOVERNMENT CODE §§6103,27383 <br />Space above this line for Recorder's use. <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />This Certificate of Completion (this "Certificate") is made by the City of Redwood City, a charter <br />city and a municipal corporation ("City") effective as of , 20 <br />RECITALS <br />A. City and Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, Inc., a California nonprofit public <br />benefit corporation ("Developer") entered into that certain Affordable Housing Grant Agreement dated as <br />of , 2020 (the "Grant Agreement") concerning the development of certain real property <br />located in the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, California and more particularly described in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"). Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have <br />the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Grant Agreement. <br />B. Pursuant to Section 5.12 of the Grant Agreement, the City is required to furnish the <br />Developer or its successors with a Certificate of Completion upon completion of development of the Project <br />in accordance with the Grant Agreement. <br />C. The City has determined that the development of the Project has been satisfactorily <br />completed in accordance with the Grant Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, City hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. Development of the Project has been satisfactorily completed in conformance with the <br />Grant Agreement. <br />2. All indemnity, use, maintenance, and nondiscrimination covenants contained in the Grant <br />Agreement shall remain in effect and enforceable in accordance with the Grant Agreement. This Certificate <br />does not constitute evidence of Developer's compliance with those covenants in the Grant Agreement that <br />survive the issuance of this Certificate, including without limitation, compliance with the Regulatory <br />Agreement entered into pursuant to the Grant Agreement and recorded in the Official Records on <br />, 2020 as Instrument No. Book , Page <br />3.
