Attached is a reference list that describes other past projects <br />and contact information of these clients. <br />Chapter 4 — Work Plan <br />our relationship with the Redwood City Library the course of many decades helps us understand their <br />objectives. By virtue of this relationship we helped the library to establish the furniture specification for <br />the meeting room, then we provided these exact furniture items which the library approved of and <br />ultimately became the basis of this RFP. <br />Work Plan of this Project: <br />1. Upon acceptance of our bid we would order the required materials. <br />2. 3 Branch will provide shop drawings for approval within 2 weeks. <br />3. At this time, the delivery of the tables and chairs would occur approximately 8 weeks after the <br />approval of the shop drawings. <br />4. The material will be delivered to our warehouse where it will be segregated per site. <br />5. We will work closely with the library staff to coordinate the delivery and installation of the <br />tables and chairs. <br />6. Our installers will deliver and assemble the material and remove trash and dunnage. <br />Chapter 5 — Ross McDonald Company Staff & Crew <br />Robert Schmidt will direct the staffing requirements for this project.
